As Vice President, Mr. Rosato is responsible for delivering Southgate's complete range of development and construction management services, specializing in industrial, office and condominium developments.

With over 28 years service with Southgate, Frank has developed proven expertise constructing high visibility projects that require specialized skills, sensitivity to unique site or program requirements, and knowledge in all aspects of the construction process. From design/build and construction management endeavors to complex site development and building design services, Frank leads multi-discipline teams in successful completion of a wide range of project typologies.

Mr. Rosato's responsibilities include overseeing the overall development of projects including site meetings with the entire construction team and coordination of subcontractors. Frank also works closely with clients and Architects to understand their specific needs and is specially effective in providing consultants and assistance in value engineering while also ensuring that the projects comes in on time and within budget.
